Deep cleaning

A top-to-bottom intensive clean for properties that need a thorough reset, such as before moving in or after a renovation.

From $350

What's included

  • Inside all cupboards and drawers
  • Behind and under appliances
  • Grout scrubbing and tile cleaning
  • Full sanitisation of bathrooms and kitchen
  • All surfaces, walls, and skirting boards

Sometimes a regular clean isn't enough. If you're moving in, coming out of a long tenancy, dealing with post-renovation residue, or simply want to reset, our deep clean covers what a standard clean wouldn't touch, inside cupboards and drawers, behind appliances, grout scrubbing, skirting boards, light switches, bin areas, and inside ovens and rangehoods.

Popular with families moving into established homes, landlords preparing properties between tenancies, and seasonal spring cleans. All products are non-toxic and safe for families and pets. Available across Canberra, Sydney, Newcastle, and Port Stephens.

How we price it

From $350. Final price varies based on the size of the property and condition. Contact us for a fixed-price quote. A small booking deposit is required to confirm your date.

Common questions

What's the difference between a deep clean and a regular clean?

A regular clean maintains a home that's already reasonably tidy: vacuuming, mopping, bathroom and kitchen wipe-downs. A deep clean goes much further: inside cupboards, behind appliances, grout scrubbing, skirting boards, and more. It typically takes 2–3 times longer.

Do you move appliances or furniture, or empty cupboards?

No, we don't move appliances or large furniture, and cupboards and drawers need to be emptied before we arrive. To get the best result, please clear surfaces and storage areas. If you need a heavier scope (post-renovation, vacant property), let us know upfront so we can quote accordingly.

How long does a deep clean take?

A deep clean for a 2-bedroom property typically takes 4–6 hours. Larger or more neglected properties may take longer. We'll give you an honest estimate when you get your quote.

Is a deep clean the same as an end of lease clean?

They're similar, but not identical. An end of lease clean is specifically structured to meet real estate agent inspection standards (REIACT in the ACT, NSW Fair Trading elsewhere) with a fixed scope. A deep clean is more flexible and can be tailored to whatever the property needs. If you're moving out, we recommend our end of lease service.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes. A small booking deposit confirms your date and locks in our schedule. The remainder is due on completion. This keeps things fair to other customers waiting for the same slot.

Do I need to be home during a deep clean?

No. Many clients arrange access via a key or entry code and come back to a freshly cleaned property. All our staff are police-checked and fully insured.

Which areas do you service for deep cleaning?

We deep clean properties across Canberra and the ACT, Sydney, Newcastle and the Hunter region, and Port Stephens. See our service areas for full coverage.
