What's the difference between end of lease cleaning and regular cleaning?
An end of lease clean is a comprehensive top-to-bottom clean designed to return the property to the condition it was in at the start of your tenancy. It covers areas a regular clean doesn't touch: inside ovens, inside cupboards, wall marks, grout scrubbing, and more.
How do you make sure nothing gets missed at inspection?
We work to the REIACT checklist (in the ACT) and align with NSW Fair Trading standards everywhere else. Before we start, we walk through the property and confirm scope so you know exactly what's covered. Our quote is fixed for that defined scope.
How much does end of lease cleaning cost?
Our end of lease cleans start from $380 for a standard 2-bedroom apartment. The final price depends on the size and condition of the property and any extras like carpet steam or oven detail. We provide a fixed quote upfront, no surprises.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes. A small booking deposit confirms your date and locks in our schedule. The remainder is due on completion. This keeps things fair to other customers waiting for the same slot.
Do I need to be present during the clean?
No. Most clients hand over a key or provide access via the property manager. We'll clean the property while you focus on moving.
Does end of lease cleaning include carpet cleaning?
Carpet steam cleaning is available as an add-on to your bond clean. Many leases require it, so we recommend checking your lease agreement. We'll include it in your quote if needed.
